Job Details
Residential Conveyancer part or full-time - Worksop
The Firm:
* Friendly and collaborative firm based in Worksop,
* Well established high street practice
* Traditional set up with 1 to 1 secretarial support
The Role:
* You will be running the full remit of conveyancing transaction from inception through to completion
* The caseload is varied and will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
Requirements:
* Must have experience in sale and purchase
* A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a conveyancer will be considered
* Keen desire to work within a team
