IP Partner – Succession Planning
Our client has undergone huge change over the last two years including a move to stunning new offices. Known for innovation and a friendly yet dynamic culture, this firm attracts those who enjoy collaborating with colleagues on firm clients.
Their existing IP team has a strong focus on the media and creative industries including the music, TV and film, theatre, publishing, advertising and PR, technology, fashion and art. Succession planning, as well as the need to grow the team, are triggers for a potential hire into the Group. An experienced and more senior IP partner would fit best within the current structure. A following is required for entry into a modified lockstep equity.
