CAYMAN ISLANDS - CORPORATE LAWYER - 2.5-5 PQE

This leading offshore law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their top-flight transactional practice in the Cayman Islands. Applicants will need be UK, Commonwealth or Offshore qualified lawyers, with a minimum of three years' PQE gained within a mainstream high-level Corporate role. The position will entail undertaking a broad and high-level transactional caseload, with an emphasis on M&A, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and investment funds mandates. You'll be working closely with other members of the team and reporting to their group leader in the Caymans.
