Real Estate Finance Partner
This genuinely leading City Boutique firm has real bench strength across its Real Estate, Construction and Planning departments and sees a clear opportunity to further develop its Real Estate Finance offering. The team has been very successful over the years and there is now a strategic need to bring in a specialist Real Estate Finance partner, to lead and grow the practice. The firm’s work is predominately UK based, although increasingly international mandates are coming through.
The firm prides itself on having a very collegiate and open door environment. The successful candidate will have a City/leading firm background, be technically strong, ideally with experience of acting for both borrowers and lenders. A strong track record and ideally some following is also required. Key however, is a dynamic disposition with demonstrable client skills, an entrepreneurial mind set and the ability to drive forward a practice. There is a clear opportunity to win more mandates from existing clients and contacts. The successful candidate will be able to capitalise on some excellent relationships and a superb platform and reputation.
