A leading international law firm, with offices in the Middle East, Asia and Europe.

THE ROLE

The firm is seeking to recruit a corporate associate to join its well-established UK corporate practice.

This would provide the opportunity to work on high-value and often high-profile general corporate transactions, frequently with an international element.

You will work with Partners and associates in the UK. London and internationally, as part of a collegiate and supportive international group.

The team combines its transactional expertise with in-depth sector experience focusing on Asset Management & Investment Funds, Financial Institutions, Life Sciences and TMT.

The Corporate practice focuses on the following core areas:

M&A, public and private

Private equity, asset management and investment funds

Reorganisations and restructurings

Equity capital markets (including US Securities)

ABOUT YOU

With excellent academics you will ideally have between 3-5pqe and should have trained and qualified with a leading firm.

You'll have experience in and an enthusiasm for complex, high value corporate transactions and a flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required.

You will be working with clients encompassing national and multinational corporations, governments and regulatory bodies and many leading funds and financial institutions.

You will be given the opportunity to work across all the core areas of the team, and a willingness to play a full role within the team is as important as experience of any particular work type.
