This direct instruction is from the head of litigation of a leading offshore law firm. Seeking a high-calibre litigator to join their successful and collegiate team in BVI, this is a great opportunity to move to the Caribbean.

You would be joining a group working on international cases for a global client base including corporates and major financial institutions. Key areas include insolvency, fraud, company disputes, and general multi-jurisdictional commercial cases.

You will be a solicitor in the Litigation group of a City or offshore firm and have between three and five years' PQE. Insolvency experience in particular will be valued. You must have some advocacy experience and ideally higher rights of audience.

The firm pays a salary equivalent to high City rates, on which minimal tax is taken. In addition you will get a full benefits and relocation package.

This new position is based in the British Virgin Islands, which has world-class beaches, a fantastic climate, and a generally high standard of living.
