Corporate - Senior Associate - London - 4++ PQE

We are seeking a corporate lawyer for a successful, commercial law firm in central London. Our instructing client law firm has strengths in a number of practice areas and in particular has established a premier reputation amongst SMEs and investors as well as larger corporates.

The Corporate group has a number of partners together with several junior and mid-level solicitors. There is a need for an additional, experienced associate to take the lead on deals and play a key part in continuing the growth and development of the team.

The focus will be on corporate deals across M&A, plus restructurings, PE, buy-outs, as well as high-value corporate/commercial matters including JVs and shareholder and director matters. The successful lawyer for this position will be given a ready-made portfolio of clients and matters to work on from their first day.

This position offers, amongst other things, excellent career prospects, full client responsibility and autonomy and sufficient exposure to the firm's client base with every opportunity and support to build your own portfolio of loyal clients. The chargeable hours guide target is very low for central London.

There is some flexibility on experience but ideally we are seeking a Corporate or Corporate/Commercial lawyer of between four and twelve years' PQE, with a good track record in London and/or highly-rated regional firms.
