This law firm is noted as having an excellent financial litigation department.

Your new role

This finance litigation role will see you handle a caseload of mortgage and banking litigation cases. These will include defended cases and cases with sensitive reputational issues, breach of contract/mandate, breach of duty and fraud cases.

What you'll need to succeed

The firm has a number of positions at different levels of pqe ranging from NQ level through to senior associate level. You should be a financial litigation lawyer or alternatively a commercial litigation lawyer who is looking to specialise in this area of work.
