THE ROLE
Within the firm's renowned Acquisition and Leveraged Finance practice which sits within the Banking group in London.
Their lawyers advise both lenders and borrowers (including financial sponsors) on the financing of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, particularly leveraged acquisitions.
Typical transactions would take the form of private equity sponsored management buy-outs, corporate acquisitions and public bids as well as refinancings and recapitalisations.
The team regularly acts for direct lending funds as well as banks and has been at the forefront of the market in advising on structures such as unitranche and first out/last out.
ABOUT YOU
A first rate leveraged/acquisition finance lawyer with 3-6pqe or equivalent, your experience will have been gained within a top tier firm or a bank.
The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.
