Contentious Financial Services Regulatory Partner required to join a leading practice at the cutting edge of the ever-changing Regulatory Disputes landscape. You will have at least 7 years PQE with experience at another reputable law firm.

The Role

Financial Services is a strong focus for the firm and is currently one of their top 5 sectors across the globe.

The Partner hire will need to have experience in covering issues such as market misconduct, mis selling and breaches of firms' systems and controls.

The team act for clients in the financial services field in regulatory enquiries and proceedings.
Your experience may well also include the wider areas of white-collar fraud and commercial litigation.

To succeed in this role, you will be a strong business developer with a proven track record and willing to undertake business development and marketing activities for the firm.

Requirements:

  • You will be Contentious Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer with at least 7 years PQE to work in their London office
  • You will have good experience of working for a highly regarded department.
  • Solid management and leadership skills
  • A strong technical knowledge is essential.
  • First-class communication skills and ability to work alongside colleagues
  • Excellent client facing skillset
