Exclusive Instruction: Partner Track for a Senior Tax Associate (4-8 PQE) – International US Firm

We have been instructed on a new role with an attractive mid-Atlantic firm that is looking to bring in a senior non-contentious tax associate to join its international tax practice. 

This is a Partner-track role and anyone who joins at this level will be in a very strong (and uncontested within the team) position to progress their career towards promotion.

The team in London advises a mix of clients including high net worth individuals, trusts, private equity houses, funds, asset management firms as well as investment banks and international corporates in the telecoms and tech sectors as well as various other industries.

The firm is willing to consider candidates with between 4 and 8 years of PQE focussing on transactional, operational and indirect tax matters, ideally with experience of advising on the tax elements of fund structuring. 

Candidates should have a sound personal knowledge of corporate tax, VAT and stamp duty.

Applications are particularly sought from senior associates currently at Magic Circle or similarly high-quality UK/US firms in London, who are looking for a role with greater potential for career development in a smaller team.
