An International law firm are looking to grow their Corporate team with the hire of an experienced Senior Associate. The team are looking for an individual with a minimum of five years post-qualification experience to join their expanding practice in the City. The successful candidate will have be exposed to a real variety of M&A, joint venture and fund formation work predominantly in the Real Estate sector. The work is truly international and will involve advising on real estate joint ventures and property acquisitions, furthermore a key component of this role will consist of managing and supervising more junior members of the team. The firm's attractive client base range from managers, investors, domestic property companies and developers.

The firm are looking for an individual currently working within a respected regional, City or International Corporate team. A minimum of five years of post-qualification experience is required to be considered for this position. Additional experience in Corporate Real Estate work and fund formation work would be highly advantageous but is not a pre-requisite to be considered for the vacancy.
