We are looking to speak with Construction Solicitors who have gained a solid grounding in front and back end work with a Legal 500 style practice.

You will be part of the wider real estate team who have a very strong foothold in the Welsh and wider UK market, being involved with major projects and landmark developments. A wider interest in Projects work is helpful, but not essential. The ability to specialise in contentious or non-contentious work is a possibility further down the line if desired but initially the role would be seen as a mixed discipline role.

The work is high quality and there are plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development here - you are not just a number in a massive department - you will get responsibility and support and plenty of direct client contact. There is not a culture of presentee-ism here - a proper work life balance exists!

Salary for this position will be based on experience and PQE level however you will be working for a strong commercial firm that pays above market rate for the area.
