An International law firm are looking to grow their Technology and Commercial team in London with the hire of a Commercial Contracts Lawyer between the 3-6PQE level. The firm offer the chance to undertake a particularly broad role, have a large degree of client contact and a work/life balance that may not be possible at most International firms.

The new joiner will focus predominantly on Commerical and IT contracts but will also be exposed to matter relating to intellectual property. This work will consist of advising on software development and licensing, technology projects, ecommerce and business outsourcing. The firm's client base is broad and range from quick growth start-ups to 'blue chip' technology companies.

The successful individual will have gained a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience from within a respected regional, City or International firm. A strong academic record is also required to be considered for this role.
