Job Details
To join this Tier 1 ranked employment team in the heart of Manchester, you will be an experienced employment solicitor with circa 2-10PQE.
The work is top class and high profile in a range of sectors including sports, recruitment, retail and media. This role has a heavy leaning towards contentious matters, you can expect lots of tribunal work including complex multi-day discrimination and whistleblowing claims. You can also expect to advise on the TUPE regulations, in particular in relation to private and public sector outsourcing and service transfer transactions, and in respect of equal opportunities and discrimination law issues in the workplace.
