Corporate Associate, 1-5 years' PQE, BVI, up to US $170,000 (low tax)

The opportunity

A global offshore firm is seeking a high-performing Corporate Lawyer to join its offices in the British Virgin Islands, working within one of the jurisdiction's most reputable corporate departments. The firm itself is regarded as one of the largest offshore firms in the world by lawyer headcount, and it can offer its lawyers consistent high-quality transactional work.

As the successful Corporate Lawyer, you will be joining the team as an Associate, working on matters including mergers, acquisitions and disposals (public and private), private equity, corporate structures and restructures, funds and some finance matters.

You should be around 1-5 years' PQE. You must be admitted to practice law in BVI or a UK jurisdiction, and you should have experience working for a major firm, together with a background of excellent academics.

The salary for this position is up to US $170,000 (low tax), together with a generous benefits package including relocation (if required).
