Mid-Senior Corporate Associate - Hong Kong (3-7PQE)

This superb international firm is seeking a mid-senior level associate for its highly-regarded team in Hong Kong.

The firm has truly global footprint with offices around the world. It has influential offices in the APAC region and its Hong Kong office is well known for its superb quality work and highly recognized partners.

A corporate lawyer is sought for the Hong Kong team. The team undertakes a broad variety of work, including public takeovers, JV's, disposals and corporate restructurings, general commercial and private M&A - often headline-making transactions. As the work is derived from a multitude of locations (and not just the PRC), the firm is able to take on well trained lawyers from overseas that do not speak Chinese.

The wide range of work would suit a mid-level associate with an excellent grounding in corporate matters coming from developed legal markets such as London, Singapore or Sydney. The work is complex in nature and so candidates must have superb academics and, if coming from overseas, should be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to working in Hong Kong for the long-term. Ideally candidates should be England & Wales qualified or Hong Kong qualified.
