A superb opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor with at least around 4 years expertise now looking for a slightly different role in a lovely market town in Wiltshire, around 30 minutes from Bath.
The role is for a Team Leader to come in and develop and manage a small supportive team of 3 other fee earners in this particular office, however you will be joining a large department of around 30 fee earners in total- the firm has more than one office. You'll enjoy a collaborative working environment and being part of a team that is both well known and well regarded not just within the local community but further afield.
You'll be a residential conveyancing solicitor who enjoys a busy and varied caseload and takes real pride in joining a department that consistently gains repeat business. Whilst prior managerial and case management experience is an advantage, it is not essential for this role. Qualities that are important for this role include enthusiasm, a willingness to be out and about in the local community and maintaining a good relationship with agents in the region.
