Job Details
Our client is an expanding City firm with an international presence that is now looking to recruit an Employee Incentives Associate at NQ level.
The Employee Incentives team particularly focusses on complex and innovative incentives regimes at high profile blue chip corporates, often in the technology space, and the team works closely with both the employment and corporate departments. Some of the work on offer includes advising on employment taxes and shareholder taxation as well as advising on corporate governance and a host of regulatory matters.
The team advises a range of international and domestic clients, notably private companies and multi-national corporates within the media and technology sectors, which are industry areas that the firm is renowned for.
The successful NQ candidate will have completed a Tax seat or a specific Incentives seat at a renowned City firm or leading international firm in London or any other regional hub. It would be beneficial to have employee incentives experience within the training contract, but it is not mandatory by any means.
