Job Details
My client, a Top 10 law firm with offices across Europe, the US and Asia, require a Senior Associate to join their leading practice in London.
The successful candidate will advise on a variety of big ticket and multi-milllion pound derivatives and structured finance matters including complex OTC derivatives transactions; derivatives clearing; hedging (with a particular focus on project financings and securitisations); repos and securities lending. The candidate will therefore be at least 6PQE at a leading international firm.
