Company
Florit Legal is a legal recruitment consultancy specialising in in-house legal jobs. We are experts in the search, selection and retention of in-house legal counsel. The recruitment projects we are retained on range from General Counsel and Company Secretary, Legal Director and Head of Legal jobs down to less experienced lawyers taking on their first in-house legal counsel position. We are one of only a small handful of top legal recruitment agencies in the world focused exclusively on in-house legal jobs.
Florit Legal represents the culmination of over 25 years of work in the UK legal sector and, in particular, working closely with commercial solicitors looking to move into in-house legal jobs in the UK. In recent years, Florit Legal recruitment consultants have placed in-house lawyers into businesses ranging from the largest ‘household names’ on the FTSE to rapidly growing AIM-listed PLCs and private equity backed enterprises – all looking to start, or expand, an in-house legal department.
