Job Details
Our client is a venerable US firm that is seeking to add to its Tax team in London at NQ level.
The team works on transactional matters, branching off into a variety of tax sub-sectors, notably corporate and real estate. Associates can expect to advise on a number of high-profile M&A and private equity transactions, in addition to assisting on the taxation of various real estate transactions in the form of acquisitions and reorganisations.
The firm’s salary rates are pegged at the US scale, which is one of the highest on offer in the market. The lucrative salary, coupled with the high-quality work and close client interaction, will certainly prove an attractive prospect to a candidate that is seeking to build upon professional development.
Applications are welcome from candidates who have completed a tax seat – a non-contentious corporate tax seat is preferred, but a seat that also contains contentious matters will suffice.
