The Jameson Legal Hong Kong team is working with a US firm that are looking to hire a junior Hong Kong qualified corporate lawyer due to expansion of the team.
We are keen to speak with lawyers with 1-2 years' experience in corporate finance, IPO, listing rules, compliance, and M&A. Candidates who are currently working at local firms are encouraged to apply. Fluency in Mandarin is required.
