This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor looking to join a firm recognised for its high standard in employee offerings. Working in both the public and private sector, clients range from retailers, regional developers, universities, local authorities and healthcare providers.
You can expect to be involved in the management of large property portfolios, advising on LTA 1954 renewals, easements, covenants, service charges and land registration.
