The Role
The firm are currently require to a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team in Nottingham. The desirable range of experience is 1-4 years PQE or the equivalent in the case of a qualified Legal Executive.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the following-
- Commercial lease renewals;
- Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and associated notices and procedures;
- Breach of covenant and title;
- Boundary and general commercial property disputes;
- Dilapidations claims; and
- Rent review and service charge disputes.
