Although within real estate finance the law firm is best known as a lender practice (encompassing bulge bracket investment banks, debt funds challenger banks and all the UK clearers), its position as a leader in global real estate has led to increasingly significant funds-led borrower matters. The existing real estate finance offering enjoys strong directory rankings, however, a pressing succession issue, together with a bulge in increasingly complex structured real estate finance matters, requires a Henry V-type to take the team to the next level.
