With regeneration being crucial to the dynamics of London's property market and overall £5.6 billion was invested in the commercial London market first half of 2018. It looks like this market is only going one way.. fortunately I am working with one of London's heavyweights within regeneration and development.

After major tender wins on a range of high-profile work, experience significant growth (which is set to continue) and focusing mainly on large scale regeneration and development - this firm are looking for.. yes you guessed it. A Regeneration and Development specialist with at least 8PQE.

Working closely with a range of national and regional public and private sector organisations including Greater London Authority, the Homes and Communities Agency and the City of London, as well as a range of significant London Boroughs and other local authorities across the UK.

If you have the above, I'll assume you have the below..
* Excellent and professional communication skills
* Able to work confidently with key clients
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to build long lasting relationships
* Natural ability for drafting and legal analysis
