The Role

We are seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (1-4 years PQE)to join our busy team in our vibrant Blackburn office.

The Corporate & Commercial Department is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and is considered one of the strongest departments in the North West outside of Manchester. Within its niche approach, you will be handling high-quality work within an open door atmosphere where you will be encouraged to progress your career

You will work within a dynamic forward thinking firm on an array of interesting Corporate & Commercial matters that include M&A, Shareholder Disputes, Contracts, Trading Agreements, Sponsorships and Joint Ventures.

You will be working with within a Leading Team with a large and Varied clientele.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Corporate & Commercial who is a 1-4 years PQE (there are no upper limits in terms of candidates for consideration for a more senior position)
  • Experience of Shareholders Agreements
  • Excellent Technical and Commercial Ability
  • You will have an experience handling your own caseload of High quality work.
  • Salary is negotiable depending on the level of your PQE, plus an excellent benefits Package
