This is a unique opportunity for a Real Estate Associate/Partner to join a firm with a successful track record. This firm has grown considerably in the last five years due to acquisitions and several strategic heavyweight hires.

They have a heritage spanning over 200 years, built on solid foundations. However, what they have achieved in the last ten years is extremely impressive and unheard of. You will find a strong management team who have invested in systems to enable staff to become streamlined and have several accolades of back office ways of working which proudly place them ahead of firms even ranked in the Top 10.

They nurture legal talent and provide a career structure which is based on merit, without the usual confusing application process and box-ticking exercise. There is no glass ceiling here at all, no earning limits and no pointless pay grades which reward on a level of experience rather than taking into account the individual and the value they add to the firm.

You will find an entrepreneurial culture here and one which sets trends. Just recently, they were approached by two International Top 20 firms for advice on how they manage client payments and cash flow so efficiently.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Associate/Partner in their Stoke office.

Real Estate is one of the firms busiest and most successful departments, the team in Stoke is currently thriving. You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload. The team's client base is varied and includes names such as Aldi, Vodafone, and many other well-known household names.

The caseload the team works in includes; Landlord and Tenant, Development, Investment and Acquisitions and Disposals.

Requirements

  • You will be a Real Estate Associate/Partner 4+ years PQE (there is no upper limit of experience)
  • You should have a strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure.
