Job Details
We are seeking a lead counsel to join our client, a technology giant, operating out of their office in Luxembourg. We are looking for an experienced lawyer to better serve our Dutch-speaking customers. You will manage the legal support to all aspects of the consumer business and coordinate services with other legal organizations.
Key Responsibilities include: advising the management team on legal and strategic matters, including gathering and coordinating advice in the fields of regulatory compliance, commercial, corporate and competition law, intellectual property and litigation; planning, advising and implementing legal programs and improvements to support and protect the business as well as training employees on regulatory and compliance issues and company policies and processes.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of PQE within private practice and in-house. You will have strong transactional background dealing with commercial contracts as well as a high degree of independence, initiative and decisiveness but also desire to be challenged and think outside the box. If you have excellent Dutch and English language skills, we’d like to speak to you.
