This is an excellent opportunity if you are a trainee solicitor nearing the end of your training contract or if you have qualified into Commercial Property Law in the past 12 months!

Their Real Estate practice has doubled in less than three years providing crucial support to a range of clients including UK based and international investors, pension funds, developers, public sector and private businesses. In this role you will work on a broad mix of Real Estate transactions including acquisitions and sales, residential, commercial. leisure and mixed use development schemes and landlord and tenant matters. You will build a caseload with the assistance and supervision of senior solicitors and as your knowledge grows, you will be involved in dealing with large, complex transactions.
You will have undertaken a Commercial Property seat during your training contract at a reputable law firm or have up to one year's solid experience of dealing with a range of Real Estate transactions.
