The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Senior Associate / Partner, to be based in their expanding Dorking, Surrey office.

You will join a flourishing department that deals with a truly excellent quality of work. You will be at the forefront of this department.

The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, a good proportion of which is high-value and more bespoke Conveyancing work acting for HNW individuals. You will work alongside a Partner dealing with a broad and varied caseload of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions

This role comes with good prospects for progression including Partner, and possibly even equity.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (there is no limit in terms of the amount of PQE, I encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• You should be an ambitious and dynamic candidate who wants to be at the forefront of an exciting venture
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• This role comes with one of the most lucrative bonus structure which allows you to earn 20% of your billings
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE
