New In-House Permanent Role - Banking Litigation & Investigations - Tier 1 Investment Bank - 4+PQE

My client is a top tier investment bank looking to hire a banking litigation and investigations lawyer on a permanent basis. 

The key focus of the role is to - 

• To advise on and manage claims and potential claims by or against the business.
• To advise on and work within a team managing internal and external investigations (including enforcement and regulatory investigations) and contentious regulatory issues.
• To proactively identify and manage legal and regulatory risks and opportunities relating to the business and its clients and to work with other infrastructure and business teams to manage those risks effectively.
• To help to ensure the delivery of functionally excellent litigation and investigations services within the business.

A strong candidate should have at least 4 years relevant post qualification experience from a top city law firm or in-house at a reputable financial services business.
