CORPORATE ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR | LEGAL 500 FIRM
One of the most highly regarded Legal 500 regional firms across Surrey and London have a new exciting vacancy for a Corporate Solicitor in their office in North Surrey within the London commuter belt with excellent links from East Croydon, Crawley and Guildford. This firm have a rich heritage with their history dating back 100+ years.
The Firm's Corporate department are continuing to go from strength to strength and have recommendations in the Legal 500 and Chambers. They are looking for a Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join the team due to growth.
The Corporate Department has a broad client base from start-ups and sole traders to large owner-managed businesses, private partnerships and public limited companies. You will deal with sales and purchases of businesses, M&A, MBI and MBO. - with a particular emphasis on healthcare.
You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE. You should have good experience of handling a Corporate Caseload of sales and purchases of businesses.
