The Role
The firm is recruiting for a new Commercial Solicitor for their thriving Thames Valley office.
Client service is at the heart of their ethos, they believe in providing the personal touch, they have many client tools which enable them to deliver excellent service, this practice is ahead of the curve when it comes to service and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be a general commercial / technology solicitor who will have the opportunity to develop within exceptional and innovative teams.
On offer is the full spectrum of high-quality work - the team advises on large multinational outsourcing arrangements and complex IT projects to more routine supply arrangements and distribution and agency contracts.
Candidates offering private practice and/or in-house backgrounds will be considered!
The Role:
- You will be an experienced Commercial Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate first-rate commercial experience, outstanding client service, the ability to take responsibility and a track record of being involved in business development initiatives.
- You will have experience in Commercial Contracts, Technology, Media & Telecoms, Intellectual Property,Financial Services, Privacy & Data, Capital Projects & Infrastructure
- Salary is market rate and negotiable based on your level of PQE
