Legal Advisor

We are currently working with a well-known global bank, based in Manchester city centre, who are looking for a commercial Legal Advisor to join the team for 12 months.

Working closely with various points of contact across the bank, responsibilities of the role will include;

• Drafting and negotiating terms of agreement with suppliers and service providers
• Advising various departments on contractual and commercial issues
• Ensuring that contractual and commercial risk is within the bank's risk appetite
• Working with Procurement to assess business requirements and commercial and legal risk

Within this role you will have the opportunity to build networks and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the bank.

To be considered for the role you must be a qualified Lawyer or Legal Executive and be able to demonstrate strong commercial contracts experience including drafting and negotiation. Good communication skills are essential.
