On the back of another successful year, with increasing revenue and profits our international law firm client has given its corporate department a strategic mandate to grow further. It is now seeking ambitious and accomplished corporate partners who want to join a thriving and confident London team.

The firm continues to grow in London with some high profile recent laterals and this is reflective of the firm’s culture, success and broad international platform. London is an important and influential hub for a lot of the firm’s cross border and in bound investment work in Asia, the Middle East and US.

The ideal candidate for this lateral process will be a corporate lawyer, familiar with high value cross border work; an existing partner with a track record of delivering business and the ambition to develop their practice further at a full service platform with international reach. Mid to Upper-mid market clients/deals would be easily absorbed into the Firm’s offering.

Compensation is good, transparent and fairly determined, and there is no cap on what can be achieved – but a significant component of any compensation discussion will be around an international outlook, collegiality, client synergies and good citizenship (as an example the Firm has a thriving pro bono offering).
