The existing disputes team is well established and you will have the support of other litigation partners. Ideally you will have a solid book of business of your own or strong track record of generating work year on year in general commercial litigation, although the firm will consider more niche areas. My client has a solid history and has a responsible attitude to the management of a law firm.
