Great opportunity for a recently qualified, or soon to be qualified lawyer with the banking/regulatory team of this top tier international practice.
Lawyers in the team provide advice on all areas of finance regulation including bank structuring, securities and derivatives regulation, capital and liquidity requirements, marketing and selling restrictions, clearing and settlement, custody and prime brokerage and recovery and resolution planning. Suitable candidates will have a good ground in banking and finance and have experience of the regulatory regime. Strong academics are essential as is intellectual versatility and an enthusiasm for your work.
