Job Details
The team advises on some of the largest and most high profile transactions in the market. The strength of their experience is demonstrated by the diversity of the assets and products on which they advise. Clients include; borrowers, lessees, export credit agencies and governmental and international organisations. They advise on both domestic and cross-border asset financings including all types of debt, lease and capital markets driven products, securitisations, receivables financings, vendor programmes and retail finance.
Suitable candidates will ideally have ship finance experience, although the role offers the opportunity to work on all areas of asset finance covered by the practice. You will enjoy working in a close-knit team alongside leading names in this field.
