Employee Incentives Lawyer
Our client is an established international business law firm working on behalf of a broad range of clients from FTSE 100 companies to start-ups
The team acts for a wide range of clients from venture capital entities to multinational companies, advising on the design and implementation of remuneration structures and incentive plans, and on all aspects of employee benefits, including the design and implementation.
The role will involve advising on the drafting and implementation of tax advantaged and non-tax advantaged share schemes, such as growth shares, JSOP, EMI, CSOP and LTIP, and managing your own workload as well as supporting partners on large and complex matters.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record with a minimum of 4PQE and with solid experience of employee share incentives schemes, gained from a leading law firm and/or accountancy practice.
You will have experience of working on a mix of transactional/corporate work and will have acted on public and private M&A deals with opportunities to take on additional responsibility and advance your career.
The team provides incentives support to the other offices throughout the UK and therefore the role may involve some travel to those locations.
