Job Details
Work is wide ranging and challenging, the group provide transactional and advisory services across a range of markets and industry sectors. Clients include international and domestic issuers, investment banks and corporate financiers, private equity and other investment funds, public and private companies and private individuals.
Work will include corporate finance and securities transactions, mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, strategic alliances and projects as well as providing general corporate advice and advising on commercial agreements.
Suitable candidates will have trained at a City or large national firm and have strong academics. You will enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment, the firm's lawyers have a 'hands on' approach to work and you must be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
