Job Details
The firm is top ranked, and considered a leader, in every area of finance law in which it operates. As part of their continued growth they would like to recruit a junior level lawyer into their Structured Finance team, part of the wider International Capital Markets team.
The role will involve working in the growing collateralised loan obligation (CLO) market as well as areas such as structured funding (secured or unsecured) and liquidity/capital solution encouraging the development of a broad skillset in the structured finance area.
Suitable candidates will ideally have experience of structured capital markets transactions, however, candidates whose experience in more general finance are encouraged to apply. Work and training are of the highest quality and you will enjoy working in an inclusive and supportive environment.
