Job Details
The corporate finance team, at this major global player, advises on some of the world's largest, most complex and publicised M&A transactions. Clients include public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, governments and international bodies. The practice has consistently been in the Global top ten of the M&A League tables, for both value and volume of deals globally since 2000 and the team has more named and ranked M&A Partners in Chambers than any other international firm and are consistently in the top 3 European Corporate Finance Practices.
Work will include:
·Takeovers
·M&A work
·Private equity transactions
·Joint ventures
·Restructurings
·Floatations
·Rights issues and secondary issues
·Advisory work
The team are particularly interested to speak to lawyers at the 2-4 pqe level who have an excellent academic history and are able to demonstrate a real desire to develop a career in a broader public/private M&A/corporate finance practice. Experience of listed company work is not essential, though it may be helpful.
