The role will include advising sponsors and investors in fund formation, management and regulatory matters.  The firm has one of the largest global client bases offering the most sophisticated and high-calibre work in the Funds space.

The partners are looking to hear from newly-qualified lawyers, and have undertaken a Funds, and/or Corporate seat during their training contract. 

The successful candidate would have ideally trained at a US, Magic Circle, or other leading international firm, and have attended a top University achieving excellent academics.  

The firm offers New York salary rates, so the successful candidate will be among the highest paid NQs in the London market.
