Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor to join their top-tier rated team based in Surrey. Due to the seniority of the role, we would like to speak with individuals who can demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience (NQ). Previous experience may include: leveraged finance; real estate finance; trade finance; venture debt; asset-based lending and invoice discounting. Any general corporate finance exposure would be an asset.
If you are an existing corporate solicitor considering a transition into banking and finance, we would also like to speak with you in strictest confidence.
We are looking for a consistently good academic record with a minimum 2:1 at degree level. You should have completed at least one seat in either Banking/Finance or Corporate and preferably have some regional ties to the Hampshire area. A genuine appetite for business development is essential.
