Opportunity to join the banking team of this highly respected international firm. They seek a junior lawyer looking to handle a broad range of banking transaction types. Their clients include numerous privately owned property companies and property investors, funds, mid-tier national and in-bound businesses and start-ups in all industry sectors, high net worth individuals and various large multinational banks and other financial services businesses.

The firm have previously focused on real estate finance and general banking transactions, but they are also now building out other areas of banking including a recent focus on developing their leveraged finance offering, working closely with their private equity and debt advisory teams to seek to bolster that practice.

This is a great opportunity to join this busy, friendly team and help support the continued expansion of the team. The ideal candidate will have general banking and finance experience gained at a well regarded national or City firm and a strong academic record.
