Due to Growth, a Legal 500 listed practice based in South Bedfordshire is currently seeking to bring in an experienced Employment Law Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.

Operating for over 150 years across the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire regions, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.

The successful candidate will be an experienced respondent/claimant Employment lawyer able to deal with both contentious and non-contentious matters. You must be a keen business developer and either have clients that will come with you to a new role or an eagerness to business develop to develop the department.

The team across the South Bedfordshire office consists of 6 Employment Lawyers. This role will be to work alongside and supervise the team whilst dealing with a caseload. The right candidate will have excellent contacts in the region and be confident that work will follow into the department with them.

Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm. Management experience of a team is would be advantageous.
