Due to Growth, a Legal 500 listed practice based in South Bedfordshire is currently seeking to bring in an experienced Employment Law Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
Operating for over 150 years across the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire regions, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. The successful candidate will be an experienced respondent/claimant Employment lawyer able to deal with both contentious and non-contentious matters. You must be a keen business developer and either have clients that will come with you to a new role or an eagerness to business develop to develop the department.
The team across the South Bedfordshire office consists of 6 Employment Lawyers. This role will be to work alongside and supervise the team whilst dealing with a caseload. The right candidate will have excellent contacts in the region and be confident that work will follow into the department with them.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm. Management experience of a team is would be advantageous.
