A highly regarded US firm with big-ticket technology clients are looking to hire a Corporate Associate to join their fast-growing practice, offering a very competitive remuneration package. The firm are investing heavily in their Corporate team and have grown considerably over the past five years, making a number of key hires including several partners from leading International practices.

The role includes assisting the firm's prestigious technology client base on a variety of corporate matters ranging from M&A (domestic and international transactions; private and public company M&A) to Private Equity, Joint Ventures and reorganisations.

This is an exciting time to join this friendly yet ambitious team as they continue to expand their corporate presence in the London market. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and exposure to a wide range of corporate matters ideally within the technology space.
