The Role

The company is seeking to hire a Commercial Contracts Solicitor 3 years + PQE to join their formidable Brixton, London office.

The role will involve working closely with the Business Development, Revenues and Operations teams to make sure new business contracts are sorted in a timely manner whilst meeting legal requirements and equally protecting the company's interests.

The company are looking at a rapid plan for growth & expansion so there will be scope in the future for progression to managing staff as the Contracts department grows to meet the new needs of the Business Development team.

Requirements

  • You must be a Commercial Contracts Solicitor 3+ PQE
  • Ideally you will have 3 years' experience in drafting, negotiating and management of contracts
  • Able to work as part of a team and comfortable with dealing multiple types of stakeholders
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills are a must
  • It would be an advantage to have experience in the IT and IP sectors
